This Privacy Policy explains how Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the CheatDex mobile application and related services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use CheatDex, we may collect:

• Account details such as name, email address, and social login identifiers (Google / Facebook).
• Profile and device details you provide or that are sent by the app (platform, app version, device name, approximate location fields if shared).
• Usage data such as bookmarks, game progress, votes, checklist completion, and submissions.
• Technical data such as IP address, push token (if push is enabled), and session tokens.

2. How we use information

• To create and secure your account and sessions.
• To personalize content, sync progress, and provide offline downloads you choose to save.
• To operate ads (when enabled) and measure basic app health.
• To respond to support requests sent to support@softhuge.com.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against abuse.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, ad networks when ads are enabled) solely to run CheatDex.

4. Retention

We retain account and engagement data while your account is active. You may request deletion using our Data Deletion process. Session tokens expire according to our server policy.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as hashed session tokens and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children’s privacy

CheatDex is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to remove it.
