This Data Policy summarizes how Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. handles data for CheatDex in line with our Privacy Policy and product operations.

1. Categories of data

• Identity: name, email, social provider IDs.
• Device: platform, app/OS version, device identifiers you allow.
• Engagement: bookmarks, progress, votes, submissions, offline downloads stored on device.
• Diagnostics: error and connectivity related events needed to keep the service reliable.

2. Legal bases (where applicable)

• Contract / service delivery — to run your account and sync features.
• Legitimate interests — security, abuse prevention, product improvement.
• Consent — where required for optional notifications or location-related fields.

3. International processing

Servers and subprocessors may process data outside your country. We take steps appropriate to the nature of the data and applicable law.

4. Your choices

• Update profile fields in-app where available.
• Revoke social login access from the provider settings.
• Request account deletion via the Data Deletion page / support@softhuge.com.
• Disable push notifications on your device when push is enabled.
