Data Deletion

CheatDex users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data held by Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd..

1. What gets deleted

• Profile information (name, email, social IDs, device/profile fields).
• Active sessions and push tokens.
• Engagement data tied to your account (bookmarks, votes, checklists, my games, submissions), subject to legal retention needs.

2. What may remain

• Anonymized analytics or aggregated metrics that no longer identify you.
• Records we must keep for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution for a limited period.

3. How to request deletion

1. Email support@softhuge.com from the address linked to your CheatDex account.
2. Use the subject line: CheatDex account deletion request.
3. Include your registered email and (if known) the social provider you used (Google / Facebook).

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when done.

4. In-app note

Until an in-app delete-account flow ships, email is the official channel for store-review compliance.
